The main goal of this publication is the prevention of injury risks during the teaching in courses of professional self-defence for secondary school and university students, with a focus on professional self-defence courses for medical staff. Hlavním cílem publikace je seznámit čtenáře s možnostmi prevence rizika úrazu při výuce profesní sebeobrany pro studenty středních a vysokých škol se zaměřením na kurzy sebeobrany pro zdravotnický personál.
